Delivery Information and Shipping Policy

At Flanerie Türkiye, we aim to deliver your favorite products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Below, you will find the detailed terms of our shipping and delivery policy.

General Rules

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During busy periods such as holidays, promotional events, or seasonal sales, processing times may be extended.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or official holidays.
  • Once the package leaves our facility, the delivery process is entirely under the control of the shipping carrier.
  • If a package is delayed, the address is incorrect, or the order includes free shipping, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Responsibility and Delivery

All products are shipped through third-party logistics providers. The risk and responsibility for the product remain with Flânerie Türkiye until the product is delivered to the customer or to a person authorized by the customer at the delivery address. Once delivery is confirmed, all risks related to the product transfer to the customer.

Domestic deliveries within Türkiye are typically completed within 1–5 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take longer depending on customs processing and carrier operations. Our primary delivery partners include Aras Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, and DHL Express.

Returns and Address Issues

  • Packages that are refused, abandoned, or returned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for refunds.
  • If your order is seized by customs due to content restrictions, no refund will be issued unless the products are returned to us in their original, unopened condition, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Content Restrictions

  • Each country has its own import regulations.
    • For example, some countries restrict certain supplements such as Melatonin.
    • We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
  • If customs confiscate your package, refunds will only be processed once the products are returned to us in their original condition.

Having Trouble Tracking Your Package?

  • If your package has not arrived within the expected time frame, please first check with your neighbors, family members, or building management in case it was received on your behalf.
  • If more than three (3) days have passed and the package is still missing, please contact us or the shipping carrier (e.g., Aramex, DHL, or FedEx) for further assistance.
