General Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products.
  • Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
  • Each customer is entitled to a maximum of two returns per calendar year, including both “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee” returns and regular returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
  • Flanerie Türkiye does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
